Narrator:
One rainy Saturday, Leo, Mia, and Sam were exploring Leo's grandmother's attic. Dusty boxes and old furniture filled the space, creating the perfect place for adventure.
Narrator:
While moving an old trunk, Leo discovered a small, leather-bound book hidden beneath it. Inside was a folded piece of parchment that looked very old.
"Look what I found! It's a map! And it says 'Grandpa's Treasure Hunt' at the top!"
"Wow! Look at all these strange symbols and clues. This must be one of Grandpa's famous treasure hunts!"

The three friends thought hard about the clue. Where could time stand still and stories be told?
"I've got it! Clocks make time stand still when they stop! And the grandfather clock in the hallway has been broken for years!"
Narrator:
The children rushed to the grandfather clock. Sam noticed a small owl carving on the side - the guardian of tales! Behind it, they found a tiny scroll with their next clue.
Puzzle 2: The Number Riddle
"I have cities, but no houses.
I have mountains, but no trees.
I have water, but no fish.
What am I?"
Narrator:
The friends thought about this riddle. What could have cities without houses?
"Wait! I think I know! It's a map! Maps show cities, mountains, and water, but they're just drawings!"
Narrator:
The answer "map" revealed their next location - the library! There, they found a large world map with a red X marking a specific country. Under the map was another clue.
Puzzle 3: The Pattern Challenge
"2, 4, 8, 16, ?
What number comes next in this pattern?"
Narrator:
Mia, the math whiz, studied the numbers carefully.
"Each number is doubled! 2×2=4, 4×2=8, 8×2=16, so 16×2=32! The answer is 32!"

The number 32 led them to the backyard, where there were exactly 32 stepping stones leading to a hidden garden gate. Sam noticed the 32nd stone was slightly different.

"The note says: 'The real treasure was working together and using your different skills. Always remember - teamwork makes any adventure possible!'"
